Sacramento Bee is offering a free subscription to their supplement called Yes!. It will have your Sunday coupons (although not all of them, as I have found out! -some of the highest value coupons you can still only find in their regular Sunday edition). MOst of them are there though. I am not sure if this works, I will let you know if it does, but I asked for 2 subscriptions to Yes!, one for myself and one for my husband.
It is a great way to get free coupons!
