You have to do the skin advisory survey to get the coupons, but it is well worth it. I actually got 4 coupons (used 4 different emails for all 4 people in our house).
NOTE: the lotion might not show the offer for buy 2 get $5 gift card, but it will give it to you at check-out. same thing happened to me. i am glad i decided to give it a try.
